How do I return an item?

Wigs are non-returnable.  Customer Service must be notified with in 48 hours after delivery if your item is damaged or wrong item was shipped.  All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and all shipping charges.  All returns must be recieved by our shipping department  and assessed for any damage, use or packaging not in condition as was sent.  Upon assesment a exchange will be provided.  If any damage, use or packaging is not original the item will not be subject to exchange or credit and the item will be returned to customer at customer expense.  Please contact customer service before returning an item.
